Centre Forward is a 10-month course delivered by Falkirk Foundation tutors, SQA assessors, and SQA verifiers, in partnership with Forth Valley College. It is for young people with additional learning support needs and who wish to become more active whilst learning and developing their confidence. Combined with certificated SQA units, learners can participate in a range of on-pitch activities – encouraging practical learning and improving health and wellbeing. Students also benefit from real-life work placement opportunities. Individuals are enrolled as Forth Valley College students and have access to the full range of student support services available both there and at the Foundation.
