Rosebank Distillery Re-Opens, Featuring Chamber Member Products

It was an honour for our President & Chief Executive Lynn  Harris to attend the opening of Rosebank Distillery 30 years after it closed its doors due to declining sales.

Lynn Harris commented, saying it was “An absolutely stunning place to see, the distillery and visitor centre are both breathtaking! A place of beauty, amazing engineering and brimming with history, we urge you all to take a tour and savour the delights of the Lowland Single Malt – you will not be disappointed!”

Forth Valley Chamber would like to wish congratulations to Leonard Russell, Elizabeth Gunn, Stuart Hendry and the wider team at Ian Macleod Distillers Ltd for bringing this iconic brand and site back to life and in such a way that marries tradition and modern day life beautifully.

It is wonderful to see two Forth Valley Chamber members profiled in the Visitor Shop too – Evison Creations and Siabann. Great to see local businesses given this fabulous opportunity to showcase their products to a global audience!

Evison Creations is a family business run by husband and wife team, James and Louise Evison. The business was born from their love of creating sustainable, personal artisan products for friends and family and a drive to share this with others.  James has always had a passion for woodwork and the creation of beautiful, handcrafted products from sustainable, natural materials and in 2021 they took the leap and launched Evison Creations.  Each piece is designed and handcrafted in Clackmannanshire using locally and ethically sourced Scottish hardwoods. Evison Creations can make bespoke products to your specification and using our in-house engravers we can personalise these with your own design, branding or logos.

From the beautiful Ochil Hills in the heart of Scotland comes an innovative new skincare and gift range; luxurious, natural products with a distinctively Scottish twist. Siabann – which is Gaelic for soap – is a constantly evolving brand from Fiona Ritchie, founder of the Ochil Soap Company, known for its fabulous little bars of handmade marbled and scented Scottish soap. They were inspired to launch the Siabann range by their love of a little luxury and passion for the properties and goodness of natural oils and butters. Fiona has created an exquisitely packaged, beautifully scented, entirely natural and affordable collection of creams, serums, moisturisers and soap. The secret ingredient in all of them is Thistle Oil, known for its therapeutic rebalancing properties.

Louise Evison, from Evison creations commented on their latest achievements saying “We are delighted to be working with Rosebank Distillery to create both their tasting boards for their Tours and branded coasters and glass holders for the gift shop. This has been a great experience for us and it’s lovely to see some other local producers in the Rosebank retail space also. On the back of this order, we have had a number of enquiries which is allowing us to grow our corporate offering and look at how we scale the business moving forward”.
