SME talent acquisition specialist, Creegan Talent, has concluded its fourth year of trading by reporting that it has doubled its revenue in the last 12 months.

The Forth Valley Chamber of Commerce member, which is active across the UK, Europe and the Middle East provides strategic recruitment and HR services to clients from across the energy, data analytics, tech, legal, healthcare, fabrication and logistics industries.

The company’s 2023/24 results demonstrate a continued appetite for its alternative recruitment solutions, as it gains recognition at home and overseas for its outsourced services, provided on an in-house or remote basis.

Discussing the cross-sector requirement for Creegan Talent’s unique services, Managing Director, Brian Creegan, comments: “Companies have a financial plan, they’ve got a sales plan. What many – and in particular SMEs – don’t necessarily realise is that they also need a people plan. Recruitment strategy and training is fundamental to the success of any company but is so frequently overlooked as business takes off.
