Isla has worked in Financial Services for over 30 years, with the last 25 as a qualified Financial Adviser specialising in mortgages and protection. She joined Advantage Home Finance after spending the previous 11 years with NatWest Group, working initially as a Financial Adviser and then spending 8 years delivering and writing training for the Bank’s Mortgage Advisers.

Isla specialises in building relationships with her clients either face-to-face, over the phone or by video call. She focuses on always supporting the clients proactively through their advice and application journey, using her extensive experience and knowledge to guide them and always putting the clients’ needs first.
