New trade union workplace access rights come into effect from 30 October 2026 for organisations with more than 21 workers.
This practical session will explain what the new rights mean for employers, how to respond to an access request and the timescales involved. We will also look at managing a trade union visit in practice, communicating with your team and the difference between union access and recognition.
