As the law currently stands Employers are vicariously liable for acts of harassment by employees during their employment. From 26th October 2026 Employers will be liable for the actions of third-parties, such as customers, suppliers, visitors or the general public unless they took all reasonable steps to prevent such acts

Look in depth at the new positive duty for Employers to prevent Sexual Harassment;
Outline what Employers need to do to demonstrate compliance with this new duty.
