FVCoC is a company limited by guarantee, registered in Scotland with company number 465975 whose registered office is at Forth Valley Chamber of Commerce, Scion House, Stirling University Innovation Park, Stirling, FK9 4NF which is also our main trading address. Our VAT number is 278 3336 33.

FVCoC authorises you to view and download the materials on this website for your personal and/or commercial use, provided that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original materials on any copies of such materials. Payment Terms for FVCoC Products & Services through our Website

Any personal data collected as part of the payment process will not be stored or sold to a third party.

New Members Credit card/Debit Card (except American Express and Diners Card), BACS, Cheque

Membership Renewal Annual Direct Debit, Credit Card/Debit Card (except American Express and Diners Card), BACS, Cheque.

For continuous membership and services payment is required on receipt of invoice.

Cheque Payments

Make cheques payable to Forth Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Credit Card Payments

We do not currently charge for this method of payment. Other Products & Services Payment on receipt of invoice unless otherwise stated.

Events

Member and Non-Member bookings – Payment on booking. Event booking cancellations must be given in writing. Cancellations giving less than 7 working days notice – 100% of the fee will be retained.

Event Sponsorship – Payment due 60 days before the event. No refund will be made on cancellation by the sponsor.

FVCoC reserves the right to alter published dates without liability.

Training

Member and Non-Member bookings – Payment on booking.

Training cancellations must be given in writing. Cancellations giving less than:

• 7 working days notice – 20% of the fee will be retained.
• 5 working days notice – 100% of the fee will be retained.
